At Yobalia, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with Dutch language skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Dutch
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-month training program fully paid
