Customer Service Representative II

At NDX, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Twin Cities Dental Lab in Falcon Heights, MN. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective phone support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including making calls to doctors on time, shade, poor impressions, and missing items or information.
  • Build strong relationships with staff members in customer offices, participating in local, regional, and state dental staff organizations.
  • Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved.
  • Perform cross-selling and sales calls to drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer databases, including doctor preferences and pricing information.
  • Schedule FedEx pickups and track shipments for individual offices.
  • Submit new doctors to our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Responsible for pricing, including managing price lists for ADL and IDA, and assisting Accounting and Sales with pricing requests.
  • Manage and set up new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for customers.
  • Focus on customer retention, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must have computer skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Verbal communication skills, maintaining a positive demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.
  • Initiative, listening skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment or call center.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional changes. The role requires standing and sitting for extended periods, pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 25 pounds.
