Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to strategize work processes.
- Choose and configure welding apparatus, perform designated welds, and assess the quality of welds.
- Operate cutting machinery and conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Exhibit professionalism as a collaborative team member and participate in cross-training as required.
- Completion of High School or possession of a GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the welding field is essential.
- Capability to interpret shop plans and technical specifications.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
