Job Overview

The Production Racker will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity in our manufacturing process. This hands-on role involves racking parts in preparation for subsequent processes, such as anodize or paint, and ensuring that all finished parts meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Racking and Unracking Parts: Placing or hanging metal parts on racks to prepare them for various finishing processes.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting parts before and after the finishing process to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects or non-conformances to supervisors.
  • Job Monitoring: Utilizing a computer system to track job progress and scan in and out of jobs.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations, especially when working with chemicals, tools, or other equipment.

Eligibility

This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required. Some manufacturing or related experience is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Total Compensation Package

The total compensation package includes a wage of $17.00+ per hour, plus a 90-Day Performance Review for a prospective increase in compensation, which depends on the selected candidate's experience.
