We are seeking dedicated individuals for full-time and flexible pool/per diem roles as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Our CNAs work 12-hour shifts, with three shifts scheduled per pay week, including alternating weekends and holidays. Shift hours are from 5 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 5 AM.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, dental insurance, pension plans, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for quarterly bonuses for full-time employees.
The starting pay for first-year CNAs is $18 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $22 per hour based on experience. Additionally, we provide extra Hazard pay of $3.20 per hour for direct Health Care Workers while funding is available, along with a weekend premium of $2 more per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
As a recognized 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our residents and the community. We collaborate with DRM International Learning Institute to sponsor tuition for the Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program. Our in-house paid On-the-Job CNA Training Program spans six weeks, ensuring that our CNAs receive the necessary training and mentorship to thrive in our organization.
Role of a CNA: The Certified Nursing Assistant provides essential nursing care and support to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents and patients under the supervision of the charge nurse. This entry-level position involves assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, transferring, positioning, and monitoring weights and vital signs, while promptly reporting any changes in condition to the charge nurse. Our facility also includes dedicated Dietary and Housekeeping/Laundry Departments.
