Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in various settings, including home health, hospice, residential, and private duty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and taking vital signs.
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care.
  • Transport patients, turn bedridden patients, and report any changes in patient condition.
  • Perform cleaning and laundry duties, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Take and record temperature, pulse, and respiration rate, and administer medication as directed by a physician or nurse.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Care Aide, as required by state licensure.
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks with proper body mechanics.
