Financial Services Relationship Manager

Frost Bank, a leader in banking customer satisfaction, seeks an experienced Financial Services Relationship Manager to join their team. As a key member of the bank's wealth management division, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with affluent clients, providing personalized financial advice, and identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell Frost's products and services.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cultivating new relationships and a strong understanding of banking, investment, trust, and insurance products and services. They will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mass affluent to affluent clients
- Provide personalized financial advice and identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell Frost's products and services
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and goals, and develop tailored plans to meet those needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a customer-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven record of success in cultivating new relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Earnings Potential
Based on industry standards and the requirements of the role, the estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000. However, actual compensation may vary based on individual performance and other factors.
