Eco Three is a comprehensive insulation service provider specializing in various insulation methods including batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam applications. We also offer vapor barrier installations in crawl spaces. We are currently seeking insulation installers and potential crew leaders to join our team. Working in this field demands resilience in hot and challenging conditions. While prior experience is not mandatory, it is advantageous.

If you possess experience as a sprayer, we invite you to apply. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience, and a field assessment will be conducted to verify your qualifications. Compensation is structured as hourly pay plus a per gallon piece rate.

Successful fiberglass and crawlspace crew leaders are typically highly driven individuals. If you have a background in leading a labor crew, we encourage you to apply. Top-performing crew leaders can earn an average of $25-28 per hour on fiberglass projects, in addition to piece rate earnings.

Key Requirements:

  • Preference for residents of Baldwin County
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
  • A clean driving record is necessary for eligibility to operate a company vehicle and may result in increased pay
  • Must maintain excellent physical fitness

Our typical work schedule begins at the office around 7 AM, with standard work hours concluding between 2 PM and 3 PM. We offer Blue Cross medical, dental, and 401k benefits.
