Job Overview

Weekly Compensation

Eco Three is a leading provider of insulation solutions, specializing in various installation methods including batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam applications, as well as vapor barrier installations in crawl spaces. We are in search of committed insulation installers and aspiring crew supervisors to enhance our workforce. This position entails working in demanding conditions that may involve exposure to heat. While prior experience is not mandatory, any relevant skills will be considered an asset.

Individuals with experience in spraying techniques are encouraged to consider this opportunity. Compensation will be determined based on experience, and a practical assessment may be conducted to verify qualifications. The remuneration package includes an hourly wage along with a piece rate per gallon.

We are looking for driven individuals to oversee our fiberglass and crawlspace teams. Candidates with a background in managing labor crews are highly desirable. Exceptional crew supervisors can expect to earn an average of $25-28 per hour on glass projects, supplemented by a piece rate structure.

The essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Preference will be given to local residents
  • Possessing reliable transportation is beneficial
  • A clean driving record may allow for the use of a company vehicle and could lead to a pay increase
  • Being in excellent physical condition is crucial

Our typical workday commences at 7 am and concludes around 2-3 pm. We provide Blue Cross medical insurance, dental benefits, and a 401k retirement plan.
