Eco Three is a full service insulation provider. We do batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam. We also do vapor barrier installs in crawl spaces as well. I need an insulation installer and potential crew leaders immediately. Working in this industry requires a tolerance for heat and challenging environments. No experience required, but as always...it's a plus.

If you have some experience as a sprayer, please apply. Your pay will reflect your experience, but there will be a field test to confirm credentials. Pay is hourly plus per gallon piece rate.

Fiberglass and crawlspace crew leaders are highly motivated individuals. If you have experience pushing a labor crew, please apply. Top production CL’s can average $25-28/hr on glass jobs with piece rate.

Requirements are as follows

  • Baldwin County resident are preferred
  • Reliable transportation a plus
  • A clean driving record will make you eligible to use a company vehicle and a bump in pay
  • Must be in excellent physical condition

We typically meet at the office in Fairhope around 7am. Standard work day finishes around 2-3pm. Blue Cross medical, dental, and 401k are available.
