Clinical Nurse Coordinator Ortho Neuro Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- CA license in good standing.
- BLS required.
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Ortho Neuro Services experience required.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
