RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Ortho Neuro

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Ortho Neuro Services team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing patient-centered care coordination within the unit/department during your designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Supervise personnel providing direct patient care and delegate activities based on patient care needs and exercise judgment regarding patient care assignments using established policies/procedures and assessing competencies of available patient care staff.
- Support the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
- Perform Nurse Leader Rounding.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
- Recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively superior organization.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor, including the administration of time & attendance within Kronos, in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- CA license in good standing.
- BLS required.
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Ortho Neuro Services experience required.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
