About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Page Southerland Page. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the production of thorough, accurate, and concise engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare conceptual designs and layouts for mechanical and plumbing systems;
  • Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents within the mechanical and plumbing disciplines;
  • Assist in spatial coordination with architecture and other engineering systems;
  • Process contractor submittals and perform feasibility studies;
  • Prepare limited construction cost estimates within discipline;
  • Develop, maintain, and use standard details;
  • Adhere to budgets and meeting schedule requirements;
  • Produce high-quality work;
  • Initiate and utilize state-of-the-art tools and technologies;
  • Provide mentoring and direction to junior members of the project team or engineering discipline;
  • Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents and ensure integrated design approaches and solutions.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent;
  • 7-18 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering;
  • Able to develop creative design solutions and work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in BIM software and thorough understanding of the mechanical and plumbing engineering disciplines;
  • Thorough understanding of industry and Page standards.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, vision, dental, life, travel, and disability plans, paid time off, and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.
