Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, using data and research to inform design decisions.
  • Design and prototype high-fidelity solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding.
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to develop and maintain design systems and standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
