Job Description

Environmental Engineering & Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on project planning, design, and analysis. They will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians on complex water and wastewater projects, including wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewers, and small water distribution systems.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. They will also be registered as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or have the ability to obtain registration within one year of employment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality engineering reports, permit applications, design drawings, and technical specifications
  • Coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and multi-disciplined teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Developing and implementing engineering solutions to complex water and wastewater problems
