About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction staff.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, negotiation, and knowledge of local trades.
  • Experience in Public K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare Projects a plus.
  • Experience running large projects 15M+ out of the ground.
