Job Description

This role will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and consultation based on client need analysis, appropriate lease/finance structures, and client interaction and buying experience. Responsibilities include helping clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to select the perfect fit for their transportation needs, provide product demonstration and test drives, guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle, work with management to structure leases/purchases, build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat clients, acquire knowledge of and stay current with the BMW product line, and attend product and sales training as necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have motivation for success and career in automotive retail, VIP level customer service skills: personalized experience, anticipate needs, exceed expectations, create emotional connection, analyze customer behavior and feedback, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and a valid driver's license. Previous luxury automotive sales or other luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
