Investigative Researcher

We are seeking a skilled Investigative Researcher to join our team at Hide and Seek Recovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide.
This is an office-based position, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities and manage the repossession process for bank clients.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, including court records and people location software.
- Use location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession.
- Work closely with bank, credit union, and insurance employees to ensure a smooth repossession process.
- Perform in-depth people/vehicle location searches and proactively monitor accounts to address any issues.
- Make phone contact with customers, field agents, and while skip tracing.
- Locate contacts using our database and advanced skip tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients and ensure investigation findings are properly documented.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding personally sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email.
- Strong attention to detail and professional appearance.
- Punctual with good attendance and superior phone skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Salary: $16-18 depending on experience.
