We are seeking a Strategic HR Lead to join the team at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. As a key member of the school's leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resources strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in human resources or a related field are required.

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the university offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
