Main Accountabilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
  • AMR System Design: Work with engineering to execute design of AMR systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.
  • Cyber Security Compliance: Ensure compliance to relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Budget, Sales, and Operations Planning
  • Local Sales and Tendering: Support local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.
  • Project Execution and Control: Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies.
  • Project Financials: Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Risk Management: Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Contract and Claims/Procurement Management
  • Contract Management: Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and successfully procure required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
Stakeholder Relations
  • Customer Relations: Act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • HSE Compliance: Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • HSE Planning: Create project HSE Plans and ensure that common HSE policies and reporting are implemented across the project with all stakeholders, including collaboration/consortium partners and sub-suppliers.
People Leadership and Development
  • Project Team Leadership: Lead the project team members to achieve project requirements, delivery of contracted deliverables, and meeting the committed project result.
Project Recovery
  • Schedule Recovery: Demonstrate and proactively apply immediate recovery actions to mitigate schedule delays and cost overruns.
Planning and Scheduling
  • Project Scheduling: Define and apply project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively to avoid possible future schedule deviations with OTD impact.
  • Project Forecasting: Accurately forecast schedule to determine if the project is still within defined tolerance ranges and identifies any necessary change requests to drive the closure.
Document Management
  • Document Tracking: Identify and plan all document deliverables required by the contractual scope of work and incorporates this plan into the overall project plan/schedule.
