Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Bruce Henry Properties LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean building floors, walls, and windows, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the building remains in good condition.
  • Waste Management: Gather and empty trash and recycling, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Service, clean, and supply restrooms, ensuring they are always clean and well-stocked.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with equipment maintenance, including cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Special Events: Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including third shift, and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working third shift, 11:00pm-7:30am or 12:00am-8:30am. Flexibility is required, and the ability to work independently is essential.
