Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Engineer. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, including document control, distribution, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders to stay informed about project status and progress.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Scan, distribute, and file project-related documents, including designs, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Verify and correct project documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control and distribution systems.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and internal staff.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three or more years of experience in construction, design, or construction management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, CAD systems, and construction administration.
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
