Job Summary

The Maintenance Worker A is responsible for performing minor repairs, executing work orders, and performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain the integrity of our equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with repairs and projects as assigned by management.
  • Utilize blueprints and manuals to perform maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Evaluate and order parts or materials as approved by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including completion of work summary sheets and equipment log sheets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Trade school or vocational education preferred.
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

The Maintenance Worker A will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to mechanical equipment and tools. The ability to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally and up to 10-25 pounds frequently is required.
