  • Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for families.
  • Advocate for families and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Transport families to programs and appointments as needed.
  • Respond to crisis situations with empathy and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social services for children or families.
  • Knowledge of community resources and programs.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to signs of abuse or neglect.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
