Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of salon managers and stylists.
  • Manage your primary salon for three days each week while supervising three additional salons on the remaining days.
  • Work full-time, committing to 35-40 hours weekly, with a focus on weekend availability.
  • Audit salon schedules to align with business demands and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Lead efforts in operational efficiency and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across all locations.
  • Address and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Set and communicate sales targets, coaching teams to achieve these goals.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and collaborate with peers and the Regional Director.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $25.
  • Comprehensive health care benefits at a cost of $70 per paycheck.
  • Paid time off, including vacation time for full-time employees.
