Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our Grooming Salon team at Diego Dogs Grooming. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of animals in our care by following established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to Groomers, bathers, and other employees to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.

• Supervise daily operations, including sales, staffing management, and guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify and address any issues that may negatively impact the salon.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in the animal grooming industry.

• Previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with animal welfare standards and policies.
