- Provide guidance for staff evaluations.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Identify and coordinate staff training needs.
- Develop and maintain annual strategic goals for the program and staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Authorized to access protected health information.
- Oversee facility maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
- Implement and supervise cleaning schedules for all facility areas.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and four years of experience working with children, or a Master's degree and at least two years of experience in social services. At least one year of experience working in a residential facility is required, as well as three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to travel on a regular basis and statewide as needed, and be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
