Mental Health Clinician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Axesspointe Community Health Center. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role
The Mental Health Clinician will provide direct client care services, including diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment plans, and psychotherapy sessions. You will work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, with varying levels of mental health needs. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and write reports according to agency policies and procedures
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote positive change and growth
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and committees to stay up-to-date on best practices and agency policies
- Develop and implement community-based programs and services to promote mental health and wellness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed as an LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
