Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • This position operates on a 2nd Shift schedule.
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Days Off: Monday and Sunday
  • Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM MST

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of direct client interaction experience in a call center setting.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Exceptional follow-through and proactive initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A client-focused mindset, teamwork orientation, and professionalism, particularly in phone interactions.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Teamwork is essential; candidates should contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve objectives.


Preferred Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in client escalations and problem resolution.
  • Experience in Commercial Card Servicing is advantageous.
  • Strong desk management and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prior call center experience is highly valued.
