Job Title: Sales Associate Keyholder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team. As a Sales Associate Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and executing opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and preparing deposits
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait time
  • Resolve customer service-related issues and escalate further as needed
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate
Requirements:
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience
  • Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Meets physical requirements
