We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructor to join our team at Lake Land College. As an Instructor of Correctional Construction Occupations, you will be responsible for teaching courses and labs in the Construction Occupations Certificate program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional materials and lessons to students.
- Prepare and submit course guides, textbook recommendations, and purchase order requests for instructional materials.
- Monitor student attendance and grades, and report to the Associate Dean as prescribed.
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in committee work to improve the college.
- Ensure a safe and professional learning environment for students.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Teaching experience desired, with experience in construction trades required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Vacation hours loaded at the beginning of each fiscal year.
