- Document verbal/telephone orders with precision, including date, time, order, and relevant details.
- Verify accurate order entry, clarifying any ambiguous or unclear orders, and documenting according to unit standards.
- Patient Satisfaction
- Promote patient satisfaction through timely responses to patient needs and excellent guest relations.
- Maintain a professional environment, minimizing noise and promoting a positive patient experience.
- Patient Safety
- Notify RNs immediately of NOW and STAT orders, and engage in patient care activities as needed.
- Utilize the event management system for unusual occurrences and adjust care routines to meet individual patient needs.
- Professional Growth
- Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, participate in orientation and cross-training, and demonstrate leadership and resourcefulness.
- Identify professional needs and collaborate with management for learning opportunities.
We require a High School graduate or equivalent for this role. The scheduled weekly hours are 37.5, and the work shift is 1st Shift (United States of America).
