Job Title: Application Developer

Saxon Global is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML, and an understanding of COM/DCOM, CORBA, and linking back-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications using Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Test and implement software applications to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with APIs and Web Services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, and WS standards).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday integration and related tools (Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio).
  • Experience with Workday Report Writing (standard, dashboard, composite, and BIRT).
  • Working knowledge of Workday Security Fundamentals.
  • Workday Studio.
  • Workday PRISM.
