Ansible Government Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Recruitment Strategist to carry out various day-to-day responsibilities by finding talented and qualified professionals for the various positions and locations we support.

About Us:

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing materials, leading interviews, and interacting with candidates nationwide for various roles and facilities we support.
  • Evaluating not only technical qualifications but also the resilience of the candidate to withstand the demands of the job.
  • Actively sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and various job boards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
