About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our Fabletics Retail team at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to our customers, providing expert knowledge on our products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a best-in-class retail experience for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, features, fit, and function, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an engaging and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Actively participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in an active lifestyle setting.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, with the ability to engage with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
