The Job
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring quality care and overall client satisfaction
* Supervising and guiding caregivers who provide direct care to clients
* Managing employee scheduling and implementing proactive solutions
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
* Maintaining accurate records and conducting regular home visits and safety checks

What You Will Need
* Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements)
* Experience in customer service, team management, and communication
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance
* Ability to work independently with good judgment
