Position Overview: The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the comprehensive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability of several restaurant establishments. This position demands a proactive and hands-on leader equipped with robust organizational and communication abilities, fluent in both English and Spanish. The Regional Operations Manager will collaborate closely with restaurant leaders to ensure the execution of corporate standards, stimulate sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction, support, and mentorship to restaurant leaders and teams across various locations. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Operational Management: Supervise daily activities to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of all restaurant venues. Implement best practices and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
  3. Sales Growth and Profitability: Formulate and implement strategies to meet sales objectives and boost profitability. Review financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  4. Customer Engagement: Ensure a consistent and outstanding customer experience at all venues. Address customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  5. Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture restaurant leaders and staff. Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, professional development, and high performance.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and corporate policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold high standards.
  7. Marketing and Community Involvement: Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.
  8. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply chain processes to ensure sufficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  9. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges, employee concerns, and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, sales, and key metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant leaders and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the restaurant sector.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
