LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time Days - 12 hour shifts

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in a part-time capacity. As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various nursing procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their physical and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
