Medical Office Assistant Las Vegas

The Clinic Receptionist will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our team at El Centro Family Health. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression of our organization, communicating effectively with patients and staff, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate party with complete confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
• Process patient registration, scheduling, and billing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related field, with at least one (1) year in a medical office setting.
• Medical terminology and health insurance claims knowledge, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred.
