Role Summary:

The Hotel Shuttle Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are transported safely and courteously to and from the hotel, airport, and various local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures.
  • Operate the hotel shuttle service to the airport and other requested destinations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the shuttle vehicles.
  • Notify management regarding any necessary vehicle repairs.
  • Provide accurate and friendly local directions to guests.
  • Conduct nightly security inspections and report findings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass DMV and background checks.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar driving role within the hospitality sector.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible scheduling is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
