Role Summary

The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to prepare and serve beverages to guests and staff in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Craft beverages for patrons and staff, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available while engaging with guests. It is crucial to adhere to regulations by not serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated individuals. Act as a cashier for servers when required.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized bar area by disposing of waste, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing bar and preparation surfaces.
  3. Conduct opening and closing inventory of all alcoholic beverages.
Additional Information

Consistent attendance is vital for the successful execution of this role. Employees with irregular attendance may face disciplinary measures, including potential termination.

Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality sector, staff may be required to work flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the resort. Attendance at scheduled training sessions and meetings is mandatory.

All employees must comply with the established rules and regulations of Grand Pacific Resorts to ensure the safe and effective operation of the facilities. Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Supportive Duties

In addition to the essential functions, this role may involve performing various supportive tasks as determined by management, including:
  • Assisting fellow bartenders and servers as needed.
  • Participating in the thorough cleaning of the bar area.
