  • Utilize your knowledge and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle error codes
  • Assist in developing service center protocols for monitoring repair progress, maintaining technical records, and adhering to necessary procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicle systems, including the engine, transmission, and braking systems
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Communicate essential vehicle repair details to clients in a clear and understandable manner

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is advantageous
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification is preferred
