Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

  • Supervise the progress of diverse projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to management.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and plan both internal and external events.
  • Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, scheduling, and catering.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events and promptly address any arising issues.

Workflow Enhancement:

  • Evaluate existing workflows and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Implement modifications to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate workflow changes to relevant teams and oversee their execution.

Operational Process Development:

  • Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees on updated processes and ensure compliance.
  • Support management in continuously assessing and refining operational processes for optimal performance.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Oversee logistics related to product deliveries, inventory, and supply chain activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Identify trends and areas for enhancement based on data analysis.

Production Optimization:

  • Work with production teams to improve efficiency and output.
  • Implement strategies to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules and resolve any bottlenecks.

Problem Identification and Resolution:

  • Proactively identify operational challenges and devise solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.

Operational Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
