Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of associates.
  • Communicate policies effectively, ensuring compliance and consistency within your team.
  • Implement and support recognition initiatives across your department.
  • Champion safety programs and ensure adherence to OSHA standards for a secure work environment.
  • Oversee security protocols and product loss prevention measures.
  • Manage performance metrics for your designated areas, focusing on on-time receiving, shipping accuracy, and packing quality.
  • Maintain high standards for service level agreements (SLAs), providing clear performance reports and action plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot fulfillment-related issues.
  • Act as a point of escalation to address risks and resolve challenges.
  • Analyze inventory accuracy and implement strategic initiatives to address discrepancies.
  • Monitor defect rates to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document learnings and best practices to contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with Growth and Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve systemic issues.
Qualifications:

We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
  • A willingness to work in dynamic environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners to enhance operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
