Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Practice Specialist, RACU to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting the development of our nursing practice.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice
Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Current Massachusetts RN license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inpatient nursing
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
