Objective
The objective of the Manufacturing Process Analyst position is to assist the Processing division in enhancing and innovating procedures, machinery, and settings. This role requires a proactive approach, supporting Processing management with project oversight and result tracking, while effectively communicating and reporting findings and data collection. The Manufacturing Process Analyst is expected to conduct their duties with professionalism and safety, collaborating closely with various departments within the Processing division. This position reports directly to the Processing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Procedures & Responsibilities
This role will concentrate on coordinating, tracking, and reporting advancements in the Processing division's procedures, machinery, and settings.
Engage in research and learning aimed at optimizing processes within the Processing division to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include collaborating with departmental leaders to initiate and oversee tests and projects, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating results effectively.
Accountable for conducting and reporting on current process tests and projects, ensuring proper monitoring of their progress and impact.
Utilize data to create comprehensive summary reports, detailing supply, cost, and quality implications.
Work within the Process Analyst Committee to support Processing leadership and prioritize high-impact process tests and projects.

Training Requirements
This position will receive guidance and training from the Processing Manager and Senior Managers. The role is expected to actively participate in training to uphold high standards of processing practices consistently and compliantly.
Training will align with PharmaCann's mission statement and leadership development initiatives.
Understanding and compliance with state laws and regulations governing departmental operations is essential.

Workspace and Equipment Maintenance
This position is responsible for the maintenance and tracking of assigned process tests and projects.
Utilize equipment and supplies provided by management appropriately, as per training. Report any equipment malfunctions to leadership promptly.
Responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of processing equipment and work areas as directed for assigned process tests and projects.
Communicate and report on process tests and projects to the Processing Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Compliance and Reporting
Follow directives from Processing leadership to ensure adherence to current laws and regulations applicable to the processing facility. Adapt to changes in laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices that maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiencies.
Follow leadership instructions to update and track all necessary information in Test Trackers and other relevant documentation.
Any compliance or safety errors must be reported and addressed promptly, ensuring communication with appropriate leadership for resolution.

Supervision
This position operates under the direct supervision of the Processing Manager.
Adherence to company policies is expected at all times.

Working Conditions
Ability to utilize a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods.
Capable of navigating an indoor agricultural and typical manufacturing environment. This role is situated in a fast-paced setting, requiring work in warmer agricultural conditions while wearing protective cover-all uniforms.
Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop regularly.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Consistent punctuality for all scheduled shifts is required, with readiness for a full 40-hour workweek and occasional overtime to meet daily and weekly objectives.

Job Qualifications

Work Experience
Preferred candidates should have at least 3 months of employment with PharmaCann.
At least 1 year of prior experience in agriculture or manufacturing is preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced production environment is required.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance standards.
Exhibit a professional and respectful demeanor towards colleagues, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
