We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Wieland. This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site at our manufacturing facility in Pine Hall, NC.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess the following skills:

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • ISO 9001 certification
  • Root Cause Analysis tools (Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, Logic Tree)
  • PFMEA knowledge/execution
  • Control Plan knowledge/execution
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) – tools like 8D, A3
  • Creating and executing shopfloor plans & inspections
  • Project Management
  • Lean and/or 6 Sigma knowledge (certification a plus)
