About the Role:
The Product Data Services division is looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering to spearhead the development of Enterprise applications that drive CoStar's offerings. This role involves working on Amazon Web Services components, allowing you to make a significant impact on numerous end users utilizing our products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business needs that your software will address.
2. Oversee project definition and execution through active management of a software development team, employing Agile Scrum methodologies.
3. Mentor and guide a team of 2-5 software developers in creating Global Research applications within the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
4. Engage in hands-on design, architecture, and development of applications throughout the Research Process.
5. Work on large-scale, distributed, API-driven systems that handle vast amounts of data for high transaction volume applications.
6. Collaborate with Quality Assurance resources to ensure the highest quality of delivered software.
7. Participate as a key member of the product launch team and coordinate with DevOps to address operational challenges.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Over 7 years of experience in .NET development (C#), including cross-platform communication technologies such as Web API.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing or mentoring engineering teams.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products utilizing large datasets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL Server, Databricks, and data pipeline engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to design new architectures and data models.
- Expertise in database design, T-SQL programming, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with .NET Core and Databricks.
- Familiarity with AWS SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of integration products like Glue, Lambda, and AWS Data Pipeline.
