About the Role

This is a management position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned departments, such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People, and oversee their daily operations.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results to ensure departmental success.
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to optimize restaurant profitability.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
