Position Overview:
- Conduct interviews with patients to collect essential demographic and insurance details.
- Work in conjunction with the Admissions department and communication operators.
- Utilize computer systems proficiently to manage patient information.
- Engage effectively with patients across various age groups.
- Complete designated tasks within established deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital admissions is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience is mandatory.
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
